Bedford at Falls River

Raleigh’s Bedford at Falls River was awarded the Silver Award for Community of the Year by The National Sales and Marketing Council. In addition to this prestigious award Bedford was also a runner up for the lone Nationals’ Gold Award for Community of the Year two years in a row.

This wonderful master-planned community was begun in 2001. The focus of the community is to encourage neighborly interaction and small-town charm. Residents enjoy beautiful, tree-lined streets with wide sidewalks and neighborhood parks, four children’s playgrounds and greenbelts.  There is also a Recreation center with tennis, basketball, volleyball courts, swimming pools and a spacious clubhouse. The Recreation Center offers swings, slides, a merry-go-round and mini rock wall and is a community favourite and perfect for kids.

Bedford’s scenic beauty is enhanced by sparkling lakes and fountain features. Over 205 acres of open space makes Bedford at Falls River the perfect, natural setting for those lucky enough to call this place home.
