The Progress Energy Center is The Research Triangle Parks’ premier multi-venue entertainment complex.  Five different venues comprise the Performing Arts Center.

The Memorial Auditorium is a richly appointed landmark that is home to the North Carolina Symphony and the North Carolina Theater.  Patrons of the Memorial Auditorium enjoy outstanding opera, ballet, orchestral music, theater, comedy and contemporary music concerts.

The Fletcher Opera Theater is a small, intimate 600-seat theater.  Any performance here is memorable due to the fact that the farthest seat in the house is only 68 feet from the stage. The Fletcher Opera Theater is home to the Carolina Ballet and the A.J. Fletcher Opera Institute.

The Meymandi Concert Hall is s new, 1700-seat concert hall.  With soaring 65 foot ceilings the hall is focused on unparralleled acoustics.  All the hall’s architectural details combine to produce the warmest, clearest and most complex sound possible.

The Kennedy Theater is an experimental theater that seats 170 spectators.  The Kennedy Theater is home to many innovative groups such as Burning Coal Theater and Hot Summer Nights.

The Lichtin Plaaza offers a two-acre venue that serves festivals, concerts and other events.
