The McPherson Town homes are 13 brownstone style town homes that will be located at the corner of Watts Street and Lamond Avenue in North Carolina.  The developer Lou Goetz and architect Jo Stein presented the design to "The Neighbors for Sustainable Development in Trinity Park" and was receive with very warm regard.

The town homes have been designed with the neighboring homes in mind.  It will also keep many of the large, mature trees that grow around the property’s edge to offer additional privacy and a sense of timelessness.  Additional trees will also be planted.  Each town home will have a two car garage that will double as a public plaza, making the entire area very spacious and open.

The Development still has some hurdles to cross before it is signed off on but it is now, with the neighborhood’s approval one step closer.
